Senator and EVP-elect Gustavo Mata was arguing against reinstating some of the Squelch's funding, and took a quick show of hands of who in the room reads what magazine. He named a few other magazines, and a pretty good number of folks raised their hands in recognition of the various pubs. Then, asserting that the Squelch isn't so special and shouldn't be getting so much funding, he asked how many poeple read the Squelch, only to be greeted by a room of almost all raised hands. My point exactly, Gustavo. (This is a second-hand account of something David told me, but I think it's completely accurate. If you know otherwise, leave a Hear Ye!.)
